Founded in Bursa in 2012,Astin Yatak has succeeded in becoming a regional leader in a short time with its quality,fast service and corporate vision in the production of mattresses and bed bases.It has adopted the mission of bringing together the ‘’best quality at the most affordable price’’ with the products it offers all over Turkey and abroad.
Our company,which operates with a monthly production 5.000 mattress,exports to every corner of Turkey and to the Balkans and European countries with an annual production of 60.000 mattresses.Astin Mattress,which has a wide customer network with more than 250 sales points,carries out production at European standards with orthopedic,ergonomic and modern mattress designs in its fully automated production lines.
Our New Integrated Facility
Our new integrated facility located on the Bursa-Istanbul road in Ovaakça will both increase our production capacity and raise our quality standards even higher with its 10.000 square meter production area.In our new facility,we aim to strengthen our logistics network with a fully automated mattress production line as well as an expanded shipping area.
Product Range
Astin Mattress,in addition to the production of beds,bases and head boards,also produces nightstands,benches,poufs and baby mattress.It has a wide range of products such as silicone pillows,quilts,mattress pads and bunk beds.It produces wholesale bunk beds and mattresses for student dormitories,nursing homes,teacher’s homes,hospitals,hotels,guesthouses and apartments.
